The company's founder,
Terry Rushing, began as a refinishing specialist in Metro Atlanta. After
learning the craft and honing his skills, Terry started his own company, Rushing Enterprises Hardwood Floors, Inc. The company offered installation
as well as sand & finishing
services. They also offered quality wood products and did a large amount
of refinishing.
The company's high level of quality customer service lead to many
referrals and the business quickly grew. After 10 years of success in
Atlanta, Terry decided to relocate his family to Panama City Beach to
enhance their quality of life.
Upon arriving in Panama City Beach, Terry established accounts with several
carpet stores and word spread about the “new” hardwood floor company in
town. With quality and dependability as its foundation, Rushing
Enterprises, Inc. has grown to be one of the most successful hardwood
flooring companies in the Panhandle.
Today they offer over a dozen different species of wood including Bamboo
and Brazilian Cherry.
